Only One Listener Able To Connect....help

So my last problem was fixed....sort of. I have a friend able to connect using Real Audio, im broadcasting using Winamp and Shoutcast...but others try to connect, i can see this because of:

So what can i do to get people to connect? Thanks for all advice in advance.

Nothing there suggests others are trying to connect.
The first entry is your friend with RealPlayer.
The yp_tch is the SHOUTcast yp contacting your server so it can update your entry with the current listener count and song title.

ok, but other friends of mine were trying to connect and they werent able to. Some that did said it was full of skipping and rebuffering. I would lower the quality and close some programs and it got a bit better, but for those who it should be skipping for werent while others that shouldnt were. Is there a certain program that works best, or any pointers that could be given for them to connect and have good reception? Thanks for that though, at least i know that many people arent having problems with me.
