^o^! I've reinstalled Winamp3 (without internationalization and without SKINS), then installed the patch provided at post-3.0 updates and now Winamp recognizes my old playlists from older versions of Winamp, even those that include mp3 stored on CD - which it didn't do before. It's great! XD!
However, Winamp3 still won't allow me to add files in a batch by holding down the Control key and clicking with the left button of my mouse (from a CD); whichever music files added like this are not recognized as valid files by Winamp3. When I use the same procedure on music files stored on my hard drive, Winamp3 recognizes the files as valid. It's inconvenient because I store most of my mp3 music on CDs =/. On the other hand, if I add one file at a time, Winamp3 recognizes the same files as valid. Also now it is able to add and play directories, as long as they are not directories in a CD. If you guys can fix the add-a-batch problem, this will be a better world! ^_____^! I love Winamp =] BTW the Studio Fatal error returns if I use a skin for Winamp3. I'll use the previous Winamp version meanwhile =] but I'll keep on checking for updates! Last edited by Amechan; 17th February 2003 at 15:27. |
