Still having Linux Server Problems
So here is the messages server side that I am still getting. I've done everything that everyone said. The sc_serv.conf file is pointing to the directory ./content

Yeah, i've tried that. Nothing. When I goto the XML interface it says the "Server Status:
Server is currently down". The server software will run, but it's not doing anything. I can't connect to any of the mp3's in my ./content/ folder, there are two there. Why isn't the server running? |

The "Server Status: Server is currently down" message means your DNAS is runnign but there is no source connected to it.
You have to either source it with a Winamp/DSP combo or, as you are trying, source it with on-demand content. Note, though, that dropping mp3s into your content directory will not automatically source the DNAS. The pls/mp3 links will need to be clicked. Also, the mp3 extension will not work in a web browser. Use .pls with the same file name. For reference, see Sawg's reply: Check out the results from a SHOUTcast forum search on 'invalid resource request'.
