where do I have to direct people to hear my broadcast?

I thought I had it but I don't. How do I find out the IP I need to let people listen to my station?

You must use your visible IP: www.whatismyipaddress.com

If you have a firewall/router, you must forward your ports to your serving PC.

Thus, your address would be: http://VisibleIP:port/listen.pls

this still isn't working! I don't think i'm behind a firewall or a router but I could be. How do I find out and what do I have to do if I am?
