when i try to connect to bnraodcast it gives me this in the log

i changed dest ip back to any still doesnt work maybe i am doing something wrong again im not sure

i have followed the 15 steps and all the links in those threads
still no help
it is still giving me the FATAL ERROR

this is really confusing me as i had a broadcast before but lost all my files now i cant get it to work again

For that error you would need to change SrcIP. If that is not it then there is something already using port 8001 on your system.
