SHOUTCasting through a Linksys Cable/DSL Router for Dummies

Hey guys I have proof if you have the new firmware version 1.44 its not going to broadcast outside the firewall. When I broadcast through my PC i can pick the broadcast up with my laptop on the wireless and through my other 2 pcs on the lan. My friends cannot recieve the signal. I had everything setup to the Dummy Guide and it did not work. Linksys is sending me a more stable previous version to try they said it should work..
