station listening problems

Im having problems with only certain stations not playing at all. I have winamp 3.0. Only about 5% of the stations i click on work. the rest of them load the station name into winamp but never play. is there something i am doing wrong or are that many stations not currently playing anything?

Moving from SC_TS to WA3_TS.

You should probably provide more info such as which stations work and which do not (URLs would be nice). Also details about your system and internet connect could be useful.
