Need help playing!

Hello,

I just downloaded WinAmp 2 to use after finding the Shoutcast.com site. Now when I click on "tune in" on the shoutcast site, my winamp 2 window pops up but nothing plays. I tried "tuning in" to a number of stations and same thing.
Anyone know what is up?

ok. first, what connection do you have?

have you tried winam's "open url"? right-click on the "tune in" link, and choose "copy shortcut", then right-click on winamp's eject button, choose "open URL" and paste it in there. if that doesn't work, post with technical details (OS, connection speed, do you have a proxy? etc)

proxy may be the most likely culprit here, maybe even a badly configured firewall

Or a corrupt / too full internet cache

Close browser
Right click Internet Explorer desktop icon -> Properties
Temporary Internet Files -> Delete -> Okay

I deleted my temp. files and now it works like a charm!
