Problems Connecting to the Server

Hi,

I'm a new user here at Shoutcast...I was able to broadcast my show yesterday for the first time after installing the winamp plugins and station servers.

I did see and hear my show so I know it worked...
However after I rebooted I tried to connect to to the Shoutcast server but wouldn't allow me to.

When I tried to connect it just said "Not Connected" each time I tried I got the same message.


I also tried to change the port from 8000 to 8001 in the local host as well as putting my IP address in local port number there but still received the same message not Connected.

I am using Norton Internet Security so don't know if this is a factor on why I'm having this problem. I tried to disable Norton nut it didn't help as well. I hope someone can help me here...

I would like suppport to please help me out here as now I'm getting an error message of
Invalid Password when I try to connect to the server...I have checked the Configuration of Shoutcast to make sure my password matches what I put in and what is there. I should also mentione that I got it working again today but once I reboot I get the same result as before of not connecting then after I finally connect I now am getting the Invalid Password result.
Please Help....
