sudden increase in volume during mic lock on next track

hi,

i am facing a problem whereby during the LOCKing of my mic to tok which usually the background music volume would have been lowered, the music volume would suddenly increase when the next song comes in even when the LOCK for the mic is still being press. Is there anyway to solve this, can anyone with any ways to solve this problem kindly reply thru my email at: edmundlimkw@pacific.net.sg
