Program - Ventrilo (need help)

There is a program called ventrilo (www.ventrilo.com) that is meant for voice chatting, and I was on a radio station where they were holding an "open mic" which allowed people to connect to their server, and be broadcasted on their radio station. I was just wondering how to configure this program with shoutcast?? Or any other programs like it?

Use the tool and put your Winamp/DSP combo in soundcard/advanced/what-you-hear mode.
