Stream downgades from 128k to ?? after a while

I just got up and running and have just been testing a server for a little while. Its running on XP and has been doing just great broadcasting at 128k mono. It's been up all weekend and listening at home sounds great.

But today I got to work and connected and my stream sounds like it is broadcasting at 56k if that... Last week the stream was doing fine at 128k. I didn't change the settings. It should be streaming at 128k. any thoughts?

dumbass... my client machine soundcard was all franked out. i don't think there's any problem with the stream. Just wastin' space in the forums...
