Others can hear it ,but I Can't ! so what the #?*! is goin on ?

i tuned in and it buffers every 6 seconds

{edit} i had that same problem and all i did was change the encoder settings, i put it on 96kbps, 44.100khz, stereo and it stopped the buffering on my station
