my music isnt streaming correctly

for people who play music on their station, how do you play a song without it cutting off or looping? It keeps looping and I dont know how to fix it. It plays a quarter of it or a little bit then loops. please tell me how you guys do it.

do these mp3's normaly work? is this only happening while your connected to shoutcast?
also how much ram & cpu do u have?
