Yeah, I don't know if it can be done. Is there somebody who know's if it can.
The eye is one of the vis.....
And yes I like the same colours sakura does....Not that I copy it because I already made those colours befor I knew Sakura.....

It would be possible to make em just get smaller and sink when the music gets quiet, etc...
it'd even be possible to make the blobs split in two and stuff like that (like a real lava lamp)

but not only would it be a bitch to make that many different frames for the blobs....it would be a major bitch to script.....

Hey, is there some major dude who could script it for me. I still don't know MAKI and if you say it's posible. I like the idea. Just up and down is oke 2. from that stage you could go further till it's done.

if you used an effect on the glass, like the one on blopamp, it would rock (and worked a little more on the buttons and text gfx )

Does it matter if they are a major dude? Maki really isn't that hard considering most of it is XML except in extreme cases as far as using it with skins. I guess being I code makes it seem easier though.

herm... damn I wish there was more time in the day, I want to learn maki better, and practise it, but I don't have the time other wise i would take on something cool like this.

That looks cool, the speed of the animation could be controlled by VU meters. On the skin side of things no movie file required, just a image with all the frames the same size in a single row or collom.

Is this going to be heavily alhpa blended?

Not really:
My Week Day
8 hours = sleep
6 hours = school
1 hour 30 mins = eating
30 mins = shower (I like to reflect in the shower)
6 hours = online checking e-mails and a such.

Wednesdays and fridays I deliver newspapers
Sundays I go to my grans for half the day

and the rest of the time I'm just being lazy.

So, as you see, not much stress, and I could make time, I'm just a lazy bum :P.

I think that a really smoooth lava anim would look awesome. that, and the colors would rotate, and the highlights would change accordingly

?? it looks more to me like JavaScript than anything else...

and the lavalamp thing would look sweet!! even if it were just an animated layer, just do a bubble going up, then some space, then another different bubble going up...do like 3 or 4 bubbles and probably not many would notice that its the same 3 or 4 bubbles going over and over again...

then again, if it were a custom vis, thatd be even sweeter
