Possible bug with ID3v1.1 tags

I am using 'Nullsoft MPEG Audio Decoder 2.81' and I have set my Title line to following: "%1 - %2 (%3 %4)"
So it's something like "ID3 Artist - ID3 Title (ID3 Album ID3 Year)"

For some reason, if I am using ID3v1.1 and my Year-value is null/empty, Title-line says that Year-value is 200? and if I check it from ID3-tag editor, it's null/empty.

Tested ID3v2 with same method, and with it: No problems.

I am using the newest Winamp (2.81) and my system is running with Windows XP (ENG).

Please reply, if you can explain

Reproduced and confirmed here also, bug also in latest WA2.9 alpha with latest in_mp3.dll ver 2.9x.
