I Need Help!!!

hey all i just tryed hosten a server i got it all setup right i think but it gives me teh nak error with the error sayen (Cannot see your station/computer (IP: 63.228.207.127:80) from the Internet, disable Internet Sharing/NAT/firewall/ISP cache (Connection timed out))and ive read threw the entrys in forum and opened port 80 81 and 8000 and it still isnt worken i was wondering if any of u have had any sucsess with a actiontec router ? or can give me any advice at all

tryed it didnt tell me mucha anything i emailed the maker of my router they havent sent me ne help of corse what do u expect they just want to sell u it then never talk to u agein...
