Stream Problem -> Plz Hel me

The DNAS is located in Austria , the Winamp/DSP COmbo is in Germany .
I tried to run the DNAS and the Winamp/DSP on one PC , then the error dont happens . I tried oddcast , too , and if i use this streaming tool i could stream without any problems , but i have problems with my souncard. So if ti is possible i want to use shoutcast !
