Windows Messages, where to start?

I wish to remote control winamp using a windows service and a web service. My problem is i do not know what messages to send to the winamp window.
I have an example of how to do this in winamp2.x, but do not know where the winamp message values came from.
I wish to implement my version in winamp3.x for the hell of it but
I do not know where to get the values to send to the winamp window. Can someone please point me in the right direction for some documentation and any examples.

I searched the forum and couldnt find anything for my search criteria.

here is the SDK documentation, it should be written in there.

here is a component that may help you (try emailing the authour).

try a post in the winamp3 development forum.
