Shoutcast dll crashes XP

Programs I use:

Winamp 2.81
OtsDJ_1.00.170 Trial
shoutcast-dsp-1-8-2b-windows.exe - actual version
dsp_oddcast_02262003.exe

I tried to deactivate Firewall, Antivirus etc.

I can start Shoutcast, configure it and run it. It works fine. But, if I want to stop it and close it, the Audioplayers and/or shoutcast crashes and I am not able to close it with the Task-Manager. In this case XP can´t be closed or restarted, I always have to pull out the plug.

A very old version of shoutcast is running well, but doesnt support Title Updates.
