Syndicated Broadcasts / Dual DSP Sources

This gets a little complicated...follow me...

Right now i am Running My DNAS server, and DSP Plugin on the same PC....I am running Raduga for automation, and i have 2 sound cards so I can route the sound through a board mixer and back into WINAMP. I'm interested in running a syndicated morning show, this particular morning show has a stream on thier website which i want to relay in order to broadcast thier show, but the catch is that i only want to relay thier stream from 6-10am...at 10am, i want winamp to automatically revert back to the local stream..is there a way to do this?

Relay Stream B /
6am-10am-------------/

You'll need to switch manually or apply some scripting trickery.

Trickery 1:
Stop DNAS at 6am
Start DNAS with alternate config with relay settings
Stop DNAS at 10am
Start DNAS with regualr config

Trickery 2:
Connect Winamp to other braodcast at 6am
Disconnect Winamp and return to normal at 10am

Note: I've never coded these algorithms nor do I suggest they can be coded. This is seed material.
