Please help.
I get everything set up under encoder 1 and I cant connect. Then I try switching to encoder 2 and it crashes the program. Im on windows xp if that has anything to do with it. And I know about the bug in encoder 1.

Ok I got those errors worked out, now I get an error on my GUI that says
<04/07/03@14:48:11> [yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave error (HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request) How do I fix that? |

Check out the results from a SHOUTcast forum search on '400 bad request'.
Look for the post by eth1k titled: [yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave error (HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request) Look for the post by jsd2k titled: bad request??? |

When I configure my router to let the "yp" find my stream, will it be secure?

If you don't let the yp in for touching, then you don't let anyone else in for listening.
Q: will it be secure? A: Yes. Note: It's your network and your responsibility, though. Only open what/when you're comfortable. |
