How to adress the Trackbar ?

HI!
I im using the in_sid.dll (it´s a WinAmp plugin) to play some sid music in my own intro.
However, .sid files supports more then one song in one file. When i load a .sid file with more then one song it appears a "TrackBar" in the WinAmp2 (!) player to choose which song should be played.

Question:
How do i figure out how many songs are in my .sid file ?
How can i play the n´th song from the file ?
Note: I need the "name of the functions" from the dll !
(Probably they are all the same from all in_xxx WinAmp plugins)

Thank you for your time ..

Are you using SIDamp? SIDamp has it own selection bar (slide bar) that appearrs at the bottom of the main window. If you have the windows stacked the selection bar may be obscured. The number of sub-tunes should appear in the SIDamp selection bar. If you have developer questions about SIDamp try contacting the author. SIDamp Home Page

Hi !
thank you for your answer ...
True true but please note .. i use JUST THE DLL and NO WinAmp2. I need the NAME of the function of the dll to figure out how many songs are in the file and the name of the function to start the n´th song from the file.

There will appear a TrackBar in my Player but i have to know how to do it

I think i´m right that all plugins with "multitrack" support use the same name of the functions to choose a unique song from the file ?

Thank you very much for your time

I think you are in the wrong Winamp forum. That sounds like developer question rather a technical support question. The link that I provided in my first reply has the email addresses of the SIDamp plug-in authors. You might want to contact them if you have a question specifically relating to the SIDamp plug-in.

SIDAmp track list not displayed!

Hi, I have unzipped and copied the files of the SIDAmp plug-in "in_sidamp14b.zip" into .../Winamp/Plugins/ folder, but the tracking bar ist stillnot displayed.
However, .sid-files are playable (but only the first track). Any ideas?

I'm using WinAmp 5.02.
Thanks for helping me out.
Cheers,

Jens

Wow, old thread.

SIDamp is dependent on the classic skin "architecture" to display its slider Window. Try changing to a classic skin. It up to the SIDamp developer to update the plug-in for use with modern skins.

For future reference please do not revive old threads. Thank You

[edit]Whoops I almost forgot. Although unrelated to the problem, you are using a old version of Winamp. Please upgrade to 5.04.[/edit]
