configuring DSP/effect

Recently I have downloaded three DSP/effect plugins. All of these plugins I have executed in /winamp/plugins dir.

None of the executed plugins are visible in the DSP/Plug-in tab. Using configure doesn't help either.

My version is 2.81

Any answers to this topic?

Did you download Winamp 2.x plugins from http://classic.winamp.com/plugins ?
or Winamp3 DSP/FX components which don't work with Winamp 2.x

Are the relevant DLL files in the Winamp\Plugins dir, and not in some sub-dir?

Is Winamp configured to recognize the plugin path?
Prefs -> Plugins -> DSP/FX plugin dir
(default = c:\program files\winamp\plugins)
Maybe you installed Winamp on a different drive letter?
