id tag

hi

i was wondering are there any program to edit the id tag3 so that it can't be change anymore.. like copyrighted. read only tag.. i know if you have the file READ ONLY.. it still can be change after to unattrib it.. i ran across an mp3, which have it's tag unchangable.. at first i change the tag info.. then when i go back into the file info.. it change back to it's original.. i want to encode my songs N tags so people can't change it when i share over the net.. any programs to do this?

you can do it,
if you encode it with Windows Media Encoder
