Q: can I use Helix sever from real.com for a sever.
A: You probably can use Helix from real.com to create a RealAudio stream. http://www.realnetworks.com/products/producer/

Q: where can I make my own sever.
A: On your own machine (see below) or use third party DNAS hosting

Q: Can I let other people broadcast off my sever?
A: Yes.
