Question about Ondemand streaming

Hello, just wanted to know is there anything in the DSP plugin DNAS where you can control the kbps for on demand streaming? Thanks in advance for any quick responses.

24 kbps (22 kHz, mono) would be the maximum I would send down a 56K.

So 24kbps would be the best bit rate to encode the MP3 so a person with a 56k connection doesn't have any problems with buffering or anything like that when listening to the file?
