Component / Plug-in Submissions Being Mangled after Published

HELP!

What is up with my component/plug-in submissions getting all mangled after they are published lately?

My component and plugin listings both now have Author Comments/descriptions, staff comments and ratings for someone else's plug-ins. The only thing that remains is my components title, my name and website link, and any user comments. The download link and screenshot work on the Component but not the Plugin (missing image for the screenshot and missing download).

My Plug-in/Component is called eJukebox. Here are my component IDs.

Winamp2 Plug-in: eJukebox_3_0 [Component ID: 133150] NEW
Winamp3 Component: eJukebox 3 [Component ID: 128590] UPDATED - HAS A BUNCH OF USER COMMENTS AND WAS A FEATURED COMPONENT

This is the 2nd time this week I have submitted them after this same thing happened the first time. When I clicked the EDIT link, my descriptions and screenshots were correct... until they were published - at which point they were mangled and now look mangled under EDIT and the listing.

I went from being a Featured Component in March to having 2 mangled up listings.

I would appreciate if you could fix this problem with the submission system and tell me when it will be safe to resubmit or what I should do when I resubmit my plug-ins so that this doesn't happen again. Thank you for your help!
