Somebody can tell me how can I make WinAmp style "sticky windows" using Visual Basic?

there's a C++ version available on www.codeproject.com. even if you just have basic C++ knowledge (like me) you can knock up a winamp style window pretty quickly.

for a better example check out the source for albumlist - it has better docking, and full font and skinning

I'm looking for any and all code that shows how docking works with/in Delphi. I'm currently writing a plug-in and I want the plug-in window to be able to dock with any of the Winamp windows.
