seting up shoutcast on my server

Hi folks!

I'm totally new at this and I need some advise. I want to use shoutcast to stream on demand a few tracks to ppl browsing my website, nothing fancy. How do I go about setting up shoutcast on my server and getting the play on demand up and running. I have run shoutcast from home before but I have no idea how to set it up on a remote server without the aid of a GUI. Any and all advise gratefuly received!
Cheers,

Jon
