question about license - what is "internal business purposes"

I'm a fan of WinAmp!
until now I use winamp both at home and at office. but, I heard that to use at office means 'commercial use'.
I found that sentence in 'WINAMP CLIENT LICENSE AGREEMENT' and I think that 'internal business purposes' mean that using at office.

I want to ask wether it is permitted or prohibited to install and use WinAmp at office 'at no cost'.

Thank you.

below is the part of 'WINAMP CLIENT LICENSE AGREEMENT'

1. LICENSE GRANT. Nullsoft, Inc. ("Nullsoft") grants Licensee a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to reproduce and use for personal or internal business purposes the executable code version of the Product, provided any copy must contain all of the original proprietary notices.

Winamp is freeware . . . period.
What that part of the License means is that you can install it at home, the office, absolutely anywhere, as long as the installer/executable is not modified, etc.
