mate shoutcast is bandwidth intensive, ur better off looking for a proper shoutcast host, than a webhost, because you will soon use you monthly transfer with a standard webhost.

shoutcast will chew through 100GB monthly easily if you stream to a few people constantly

if you are convinced you wanna run a shoutcast server with your host then u need shell access.
