Dnas problem???

I'm having quite an odd problem with the shoutcast dnas.... I'll be listening to my own stream, from work, or elsewhere, when all of the sudden, the stream quits on me, and winamp proceeds to "rebuffer" .... It doesn't end up finishing the rebuffer, so I must reconnect to the station... when I try to reconnect, I can't... When this first happened, I noticed that the "listeners" list on the admin page for the station was packed.... with multiples of the same users... 3 of one user, 3 of another... and I was on there 4 times. So, I went home that night and restarted the server, which seemed to still be up, and winamp was still sourcing too.... I proceeded to install a vnc client so I could nip the problem in the butt... (I figured It was someone at my house screwing with it...) and it happened again today. I proceeded to remotely log into my home desktop to diagnose the problem... the server was still up, and the source was stil sourcing... no apparent problem... so I shut the server down, and restarted, and I'm fine for the moment... HOW DO I PREVENT THE SERVER FROM CRASHING??????? I don't want to have to constantly monitor it because it likes to be phinnikky(sic)..... Has anyone else had similar problems????? IE: everyhting seems fine when you look at it, but client recieves no stream, and multiples of the same users pop up in admin section??? I'm confuzzled.
