Logging Into My Own Live Stream

Allright so i setup my SHOUTcast server and i started my own live stream but i can't connect to it. Can someone show me what the config should look like ? I also have a no-ip account, i've had one for a while. So if someone can show me what the config should look like and what i need to do within winamp to connect to my own live stream i would really appreciate it. Thanks !
