Streaming Newscasts and Weather forecasts

I was just wondering, what is the best way to stream weather and news broadcasts, either live from another news source or is there a site where you can download newscasts files as well as weather forecasts files in MP3 format, or am I just asking for too much here. IF anyone knows an answer I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Does anyone know??? I know that some of you outthere have them in your broadcasts, what is the best way to do it? Any help would be greatly appreciate it.
