Plugin to synchronize 2 different mp3 files?

Does anybody know if a plugin is available to synchronize two different mp3 files? So I'm able to start two mp3 files at the same time and set the volume for each one of them?

There are many DJ players available, but I want to do that with winamp. Is there a solution?

Hm, this Plugin doesn't work with the Shoutcast DSP-Plugin
