Problem !

Hey I've another question on this though. When a song finishes, no listeners can hear anything until another song is played. How may I set it up to where after a song finishes, I can use a mic and be able to talk. Another question : Some songs that I play automatically make the server crash, then I will play another song and it'll be up. Why's that? And thirdly : I use cable modem, and I see the bytes just rack up as a song plays, how many listeners at 24kbs would be wise to have without going over my bandwidth or anything like that?
