Soundcard Input = No sound

When I configured my shoutcast input for Soundcard Input instead of winamp... I get no signal. I'm thinking it might be a mixer problem but i've looked over the settings and everything seems to be right.

However on my winmixer I don't have the 'what you hear' checkbox. Anyhelp would be appreciated. I've looked through the faqs to no avail.
