Stream To Another

I have a dedicated server and have shoutcast files installed. Next I configured the sc_serv.conf to my likeing from telnet. Now my question is, how do I get one steady stream from my dedicated server to direct to a another service like streamguys? Am I relaying to streamguys? How would you accomplish this? I searched the forums and found nothing. Maybe I missed something.
