extended error (Cannot see your station/computer

Great you've got me heading in the right direction, ive been following my linksys router's manufacturer FAQ. I have established a preferred static ip instead of "obtain ip automatically" etc, as the manufacturer told me... now i have found the prompt to create the port forward. Here's the screen I am Stuck On Click this link, and you'll see the screen. I guess I don't know what to fill into the "customized applications" field.
