File Association Problem??

Ok. There has to be a simple explination for this, but for some reason when I click on "Tune In" on a station on Shoutcast.com, it opens winamp (3.0D), but just sits there. It will not load the playlist. NOW, if I right-click on the "Tune In" button and click the "save target as..." button, then save it to my desktop I can then double click on this new icon on my desktop and Winamp launches and plays the radio station without a problem. What gives?
