transmissions are too fast in local network

I am not using an intro file.....nor am i using a mp3 list....i am using live source from my soundcard. I have selected soundcard for source as the winamp doesn't seem to play through a soundcard for live broadasting....

Same fast audio stream within my LAN.

Oh yeah...

I am trying to send a 128kbps stream or greater within my 100mbps LAN.

Win98 OS for the DNAS AND WINAMP DSP....100MB of RAM and PIII processor. 20 or less possible listeners within the LAN.

Soundcard is working fine....
