ok your think you are using a firewall? have you installed one, if so what is the name of it.
if not then are you using windows xp, because it has a built in firewall? if you are, i recommend u disable it for now to test if the shoutcast server works, then, if it does, configure the firewall to allow shoutcast, then start it back up again |
