With all the varied opinions and views on this skin, I'm thinking it should be titled "Ambivalency"!

One thing everyone can agree on, is that it's supersweet and all that texturing by hand has really paid off. It's a great tribute to the artwork you linked to, but the comments made by the others are correct - most people who look at this skin are going to see stone/bone. If you want it to look metallic, you're going to need stuff like rivets and plates. But I urge you not to do that, as I think it will detract from both the originality and appeal of the skin.

As I said before, the texturing is great, however I think the dents/pock marks are too uniform under the LED. They're all kinda the same size and horizontal shape, and they don't look as authentic as they could.

Don't you dare touch those Cbuttons!! I think they look great, even the shuf/rep ones.

A small, possibly-not-so-great suggestion which might solve both the outer border and the text box that doesn't fit: make the LED wider. You might have to readjust the two designs in the uppermost corners so they don't get omitted - slide them into the title bar, or down to where the main pinches in, maybe?

Personally, I'd like to see the colours a little more yellowy and a little less red, but after seeing what this skin is based on, I'm really trying to push the "bleached bones in a desert look" out of my mind.

Hope you come back to this skin! Can't you hear it calling you? Oh, right. That's just the other skin lovers.
