how to have real time visuals and microphone?

Hi,

Is there a way to have the visualisation plug-ins respond to input from the microphone? for example: someone speaks into the mic and that same time, the visualisation plugin responds to that.

I tries winamp 2 and 3, and shoutcast (on 2 computersbut there was too much delay)

Is there a simple way?

Please help me out before next saturday(21-june-2003)

thanx for your support, but in greatest hits i can't find a solution.
Please give me a hint how i can manage to have an actual visual on screen as a microphone is the source for the screen.

With shoutcast it is no option.

Click on playlist -> add -> url, type linein:// (this only works with powered microphones connected to the line in port, not normal ones connected to the mic port). With Shoutcast, ask in the Shoutcast forums.
