bitrate setting offers only 22 kHz/mono 24-56kbps :((

any ideas why i cant set more bitrate settings? as i wrote, shoutcast 1.8.2 only offers 22kHz/mono 24-56kbps... maybe another codecs? dunno.. i have divx 5.0.3 (i guess it has some audio codecs too) windows media codecs 8 and codecs pack all-in-1.
pls help.. desperate situation..

Under the Input tab set your Input to Soundcard Input then change the Input Settings to 44100 Hz, Stereo then shut down Winamp (this will save the DSPs settings) and then reopen and all the bitrates will be back. Change the Input back to what you want (i.e. Winamp or leave it as Soundcard Input but do not mess with the Input Settings as this is what causes what you experienced).
