SOng editing???

Hello,

I have a song that I downloaded from k-lite. It is a whole cd but the songs are all joined and i can't goto the start of a specific song. How do I break it up into the individual songs an easy way so if I want track 8 I can goto that track or delete one of them that I don't like?
