Problem using soutcast -

okay, i believe i have downloaded everything that i have needed to. i start up the shoutcast server and start up winamp, set everything up and connect. however, it doesn't work and this message comes up when i press connect:

"[yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (Cannot see your station/computer (IP: 62.252.128.5:8000) from the Internet, disable Internet Sharing/NAT/firewall/ISP cache (Connection refused))"

now, at first i thought this meant that i had a firewall, but im sure i dont. my friend said that windows xp had a built in firewall, but i un-checked the box for built in firewall (or i think i did) and it still doesnt work any other ideas anyone?
