They can hear me talk but not my music whats going on here?

Output plugin Directsound v 2.2.10
Imput plugin (does it matter?) is not set

and when they cant hear i got the green boxes all moving so i know its there, i dont know whats wrong....

mixer settings!!!

you've got your output mixer settings but you also have the recording mixer settings ,
ajust those ( stereo mix) and you should be fine.

what do i have wrong

i use a headset and i have my Input device set to

soundcard imput and its set to 44.1 mono

what do i need to do to change it around

no has nothing to do with the setting in your dsp plug
it has to do with the audio setting in your systems os.

xp - all programs- entertainment- volume controle- options-preferences- ( should popup a screen) go for recording - ajust or add stereo mix.
close all and it should work

the still cant hear is it because... i open my open mixer i got to capture and my headsets only have "capture" in recorder is that why? btw capture is toggled on
