Advanced Tag Editor/StudioDSP

I had the misfortune of using Windows Media Player before. But, I did find something kind of neat.. an advanced tag editor.

(note my sisters horribly large Comic Sans MS font in the titlebar)

Now, I propose to you three things:

1) is there a plugin like this for winamp.
2) if so, can you set the mood of the song, and then play your "mood" songs?
3) if it isn't already included in winamp, whyfor not?

Something to think about.

[edit]

also, while I think about it, is there any good nullsoft signal processing studio stackers about? i'm looking for a tweak that'll boost my bass too.

Have a look at the plugins page (http://www.winamp.com/plugins/) and look under the DSP/Effect section. The 4front equalizer, for example, will boost anything you want.

As for the advanced tag editor, I don't think so, but you can edit ID3 tags in winamp, or use ID3-TagIt (look on google) to manage your ID3 tags more efficiently. As for the mood business, I don't know, though you can play all the songs of a particular Genre. Use the media library for that.

You won't find the best tag editor in the form of a plugin. The really good ones are standalone programs, like http://www.helium2.com

I'd prefer mp3tag...

(Is this a recycle bin game?)
